Calculate Your Projected GPA and your GPD!

This calculator will give you a projected semester and cumulative grade point average (GPA). For more details on how your USC GPA is calculated, please refer to the GPA Calculation page.  It will also compute any projected grade point deficits (GPD). Note:  This calculator is based only on the data you supply and is not linked to the university student database. These calculations are NOT and should not be considered your official final grades or final GPA at the University of South Carolina. Official final grades and final GPA will be reported on your VIP Grade Report. If you need further clarification, please contact your Academic Advisor or your dean's office.

Calculate Your Projected Current Semester GPA

1. Enter the number of credit hours for each class in which you are currently enrolled.
   
   
2. Enter the letter grade you already received or expect to receive in each class.  For more information please refer to the Valid Grade Legend.
   
   
3. Click the COMPUTE button.
   

Calculate Projected Cumulative GPA

1. Using your VIP Grade Report from the previous semester in which you were enrolled, enter in your cumulative grade hours (GH) and cumulative grade points (GP).
   
   
2. Click the COMPUTE button.
