Transcript requests for any of the following express services must be received, by mail, fax or in person by 12:00 noon to be mailed the same day.  Any request received after 12:00 noon will not be processed until the next business day.  Requests for these services cannot be requested through VIP.

For each service, please follow the guidelines below. Your transcript request MUST include a daytime telephone number for each recipient.

• Express Mail/US Postal Service    $16.25
  May be delivered to a street address or a post office box. This is delivered the next USPS day (Monday-Saturday) and requires a signature from recipient. This service may be tracked at http://www.usps.com/.

• Priority Mail/US Postal Service   $4.60
  Priority Mail may be delivered to a street address or a post office box. Delivery is quicker than regular first class, Monday-Saturday delivery. This service is can not be tracked.

• FEDEX/Federal Express Corporation   $21.25
  Within the continental USA, Alaska and Hawaii. FEDEX may only be delivered to a street address. A post office box is not acceptable. If the mailing address is incorrect or incomplete, FEDEX will assess additional charges to locate the business/individual. These additional charges will be billed to you. FEDEX is delivered the next FEDEX day (Monday-Friday). This service is may be tracked at http://www.fedex.com/.
  
  Saturday delivery is available for an additional $20.00.
  
  International delivery is available. The rates are based on the location to which the package is being shipped. Please call us and we will obtain the shipping rates for you. We will need to know the city, country, and country code. FEDEX may only be delivered to a street address. International FEDEX is usually delivered within one week. In addition to travel time, these packages must go through customs. This service may be tracked at http://www.fedex.com/.
